Meet the New BuilderDesigns.com
We’ve been busily helping America’s home builders strengthen their digital marketing. We drive our resources to deliver results for them. As we grew and expanded along the way to anticipate and meet their needs, we somehow overlooked effectively marketing ourselves. So, a few months ago, we set to work, putting our skills to work for us. Now, we’re proud to announce that Builder Designs has launched a new website.
Why did we need a new one?
A website’s purpose is to excite, engage, and inform. It needs to be refreshed regularly, like pumping oxygen to energize, to keep it lively. And there’s a lifespan to a successful website. It’s a reflection of your business, and that’s not stagnating, right? So, don’t let your website get stale.
At Builder Designs, we’ve grown quite a bit since the last website went live. With so much activity, we didn’t take the time to “practice what we preach”, according to Karsen Dolliver, a Builder Design Project Manager.
"It was easy for us to push off redoing our own website when we have websites for builders to work on, says Karsen. “We finally decided that we needed to update our site to better reflect how Builder Designs has grown, and to show off what we can do from a design standpoint.”
What’s this growth we’re talking about?
We’ve expanded from being a company that designs and develops websites for home builders to a full-service digital marketing firm. We strategize. We build plans based on specific objectives. We design, produce, and implement integrated campaigns—SEO, email, AdWords, social media, mobile marketing, and more. We track the results down to the number of new visitors, the words that drive the most traffic (and the least), and the data mining that puts our clients on track to generate quality leads and follow them through. And with so many homebuyers searching for new homes on their mobile devices, we needed to make sure that, first and foremost, builder websites are mobile-friendly. We build sites that actually sell homes.
Karsen adds that “this site was painstakingly thought through with members of the team from every department included. The new site better demonstrates who we are as a company and what we can do for our clients."
The new Builder Designs’ website features examples of our home builder websites with details about how we approached each challenge. We’ve also incorporated information about Builder Cloud, our lead management dashboard. Builder Cloud lets you navigate through leads, reports, content, and metrics, from one console.
"Overall, we were trying to create a site that better reflects who we are as a company and the level of work we create,” explains Scott Smith, Vice President. “Builder Designs is a fun place to work, but we are also serious about driving results for our customers. The new site needed to communicate those values."
We invite you to spend a few minutes to get to know the new Builder Designs. Meet the team of creative, hard-working, and, yes, fun-loving people who make this a great place to work—and to work with.
