Matt Riley joins Builder Designs as Vice President of Marketing
Builder Designs is thrilled to announce and welcome Matt Riley as Vice President of Marketing. Matt will be responsible for marketing team leadership and direction and will be working to drive all digital marketing and business strategy for both Builder Designs and their Homebuilder clients.Matt has invested most of his career in the home building industry—from his first job as an on-site sales counselor to his current role as VP of Marketing with one of the country’s leading digital marketing firms for home builders.
Matt’s sales and marketing experience has expanded with the evolution of the digital age, specifically within the home building arena. He has applied his passion for “all things tech” to consistently deliver marketing results that have exceeded industry standards and expectations. At Builder Designs, Matt’s role enables him to work with home builders around the country, and guide them toward similar successes.
Matt specializes in online sales and marketing, where he has created multiple online sales teams, all of which have led to record-breaking sales numbers and overall sales contribution. Matt regularly speaks at NAHB’s IBS, Pacific Coast Builder Conference, and many other New Home Sales and Marketing trainings and conferences. Matt has been described as a “vanguard of marketing/sales executives who are genuine leaders in changing how new home communities are marketed and sold across North America.”
Prior to joining Builder Designs, Matt was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Royal Oaks Homes, the Raleigh area’s largest, privately-held home builder.Matt earned a B.A. in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Builder Designs CEO, Chip Johnson refers to the expansion of Builder Designs’ digital platforms as “an all-inclusive online resource center with Matt leading the way. We will use digital approaches to actually transform digital leads into sales long before they walk into a builder’s model home.”
