Builder Designs joins new Zillow Group Advantage Program
Digital marketing firm exclusively for homebuilders offers website packages to members.
OLATHE, KS—June 19, 2018—According to Zillow Group, 76 percent of new construction homebuyers are using an online resource in their home search, and so [BH1] builders need to maximize the impact of their digital footprint. Zillow Group recently launched the Zillow Group Advantage Program to provide Zillow Group [BH2] builder customers access to select vendors’ curated offerings at pre-negotiated rates [BH3] that will help them achieve this goal. The program features partners that span a full spectrum of builder products and services across web development, content, CRM, and reviews, and Builder Designs has been selected as a program partner.
The new program is intended to help Zillow Group builder customers improve their listings so they can gain a competitive advantage with their online presence. The benefits are available exclusively to builder customers of the Promoted Communities and Promoted Homes listing products.
