Builder Designs and Rendering House Is a Match That Just Makes Sense

As a web design and digital marketing company, the Builder Designs team is constantly on the hunt for new ways to drive quality traffic and leads to our partners. Of course, this starts with a quick and user-friendly site that gives home buyers a place to land, but what will they see when they get there?

That is where we see the true value of our Rendering House partnership. 

Rendering House’s “My Home” app is an invaluable resource for home builders because it enables buyers to find, design, experience, price, and compare their favorite unbuilt new homes. 

Many of our partners are already utilizing this product, but we have decided to make it even easier by creating an API in Builder Cloud. This allows a seamless integration of Rendering House’s interactive web apps into Builder Design’s client websites while curating and tracking the online customer experience and journey.

“The goal was to provide customers with a seamless integration between their website and Rendering House’s app,” Builder Designs CEO Chip Johnson said. “A key to this implementation was combining analytics so marketing efforts can be streamlined to increase user experience and overall engagement.”

With this new feature, users can easily upload Rendering House elements to the page and host them directly. Prior to this advancement, those images were placed on the page as a separate element through an iframe.
